Ann L. Schelbe, LCSW(EMDR Trained)(Pittsburgh Office) - is
a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Master in Social
Work from the University of Pittsburgh in 1997. Her diverse practice
experiences includes working with children, individuals, and families on
a wide range of issues that include anxiety, depression, grief, anger,
parenting, relationships, problem solving, and coming out.Mrs.
Schelbe believes that that each person is an expert on his or her own
life, and assists others in discovering their goals and obtaining their
objectives. She is compassionate and nurturing and provides a
non-judgmental environment where it is safe to explore issues and to
grow. Mrs. Schelbe supports others in developing and maintaining
emotional well-being as well as promotes self-development. Mrs. Schelbe
uses various therapeutic techniques including brief solution focused
therapy, EMDR, Adlerian psychology, and play therapy.

Christine Faith, LPC, NCC, M.Ed., Ed.S.(EMDR Trained) (Pittsburgh Office) - graduated from University of Florida's M.Ed./Ed.S. counseling program which is ranked number three in the country by U.S. News & World Reportrankings
of America's Best Graduate Schools for Counselor Education. Christine
achieved a Certificate from the University's Center for Spirituality and
Health for doing specialized coursework in the areas of transpersonal
psychology, death and dying, and spirituality in counseling.
Christine
believes that each person has the capacity to develop their potential
which can be facilitated by a supportive and empowering therapeutic
alliance. Christine believes that therapy is a transformative process
meant to bring about change and insight in a collaborative journey.
Christine's warm non judgmental stance combined with experience in a
variety of treatment settings make her effective in providing effective
outcomes.
Christine
works with all populations, including but not limited to, children,
adolescents, adults, couples and families, and older age adults.
Christine's special areas of interest are: working with young adults,
relationship and self-esteem issues, couples therapy, and grief and loss
issues associated with life changes and challenges. She provides EMDR
training. Her therapy
techniques include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral
therapy, Adlerian therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and EMDR.

Laurel O'Neal, MS, MA, NCC (EMDR Trained) (Pittsburgh Office) - has a
specialized bachelor’s degree from Emory University and two master’s degrees
from West Virginia University. Her bachelor’s
degree is in Psychology, specialized training in Neuropsychology. Her masters’ degrees specialized in Sport and
Exercise Psychology and Community Counseling.
Laurel has taught undergraduate students in professional development and
academic skill building. In addition, she
supported her students with regular psycho-education groups focusing on time
management, test anxiety, and stress reduction.
Laurel is also a nationally licensed soccer coach and has coached for Tuker
Youth Soccer Assoc. in Atlanta, West Virginia United, and currently with
Beadling Soccer Club in Pittsburgh.
Laurel is fully trained in EMDR and
uses the EMDR approach as her guiding theoretical orientation. She believes that EMDR is one of very few
global approaches that incorporate past, present and future, while synthesizing
neuro-psychotherapy with attachment and developmental factors. She also includes multisensory interventions to
empower clients towards success.
